working with us

Wedding planning is not always easy, but we do our best to make your details the most fun and seamless process for you! many brides say working with us on personalized details as the most fun part of the process, and we love that!

While we love to fit everyone in and will do our best to ACCOMMODATE your needs, Timelines vary depending on how many rounds of edits are needed, as well as the quality of upfront template inputs. The earlier you’re able to book, and the more detail you can provide upfront, the better!

we’re currently booking about 6 months to a year in advance, but will always do our best to make your timeline work!

We accept a limited number of custom design projects per year to ensure that each project gets the love and intention it deserves.

fully custom designs require a minimum investment of $1500.

the typical investment from our couples ranges from $2,000 - $10,000

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The earlier you’re able to book, the better! We’re currently booking 6 months to a year in advance. If your timeline is tighter than this, reach out for availability and we’ll do our best to accomodate!

  • Timelines vary, depending on several items:

    1. When items are agreed upon for final delivery

    2. When verbiage and address templates are complete

    3. How many rounds of feedback are needed and how concisely feedback is compiled.

  • Due to how quickly our order queue fills up, payment is required to reserve your spot on in our project queue.

  • If you’d like digital copies of any artwork (branding, venue artwork, pet artwork, etc), we can separate that out and package up for you via digital file for a small additional fee.

  • Professional printing is always included, aside from digital artwork items! Assembly is always included for envelope liners. Assembly of any additional items will be agreed upon in the pricing stage.

  • All of our packages are priced at a discount! If you’re interested in ordering multiple packages, let us know in your inquiry form and we will provide pricing accordingly!

  • Yes! We offer both standard die-cut shapes (circle, oval, scalloped edge, squiggle edge, etc), as well as fully custom shapes as premium add-ons. The creative options are endless! Let us know what you’re envisioning and we’ll provide a quote!
